Enter The British Hair & Beauty Awards 2026

At The British Hair & Beauty Awards, we celebrate the dedication, excellence and professionalism of salons, spas, clinics and practitioners across the UK. Our awards do not rely on public votes or popularity – every business is assessed individually by industry professionals against clear judging criteria.

You can enrol at any time throughout the year, and the process is designed to be simple, fair and fully transparent.

Stage 1 – Enrolment (Initial Assessment)

Enrolment fee: £19.50 per business

  • The enrolment fee covers administration, verification checks and initial review.

  • You may enter multiple categories under the same business on one form.

  • After enrolment, you will receive a personalised link to complete your Stage 1 Enrolment Form.

  • Our team reviews this form within 7 -14 working days to confirm whether your business meets the entry criteria.

If accepted: you progress to Finalist stage.
If not accepted: we will let you know why. (Fee is non-refundable as admin work is carried out.)

Stage 2 – Supporting Evidence (Judged Stage)

Participation fee: £79.99 per category (discount bundles available)

If you are accepted as a finalist, you may choose to remain a Finalist or progress to the Judged Stage, where you will submit:

  • Detailed Supporting Evidence

  • A PowerPoint Presentation (template provided)

Our professional judging panel scores each business based on:

  • Website & online presence

  • Customer reviews

  • Staff training & development

  • Health & safety compliance

  • Customer experience

  • Salon environment & presentation

  • Quality of Supporting Evidence submitted

Important:

Finalists who provide full, detailed supporting evidence and a completed presentation will receive a winning title of Bronze, Silver or Gold, based on their judged score.

Businesses that submit incomplete or very minimal answers (e.g., “yes / no” responses with no detail) may remain at Finalist level if they do not meet minimum criteria.

This means the process remains fair, merit-based and credible for all entrants.

Stage 3 – Online Ceremony

Winners are announced during our beautifully presented online ceremony, hosted every six weeks.
Your business is showcased with a professional, elegant announcement.

Stage 4 – Certificates, Trophies & Marketing Materials

Every Bronze, Silver and Gold Winner will receive:

  • A digital winner’s badge

  • A printed certificate posted to you

  • Individual announcement on our social platforms

Optional trophies and marketing materials will be available to purchase from January 2026.
We aim to keep all prices affordable, transparent and accessible.

Key Information

  • You may enter anytime between 16 January – 6 December 2026.

  • You may enter multiple categories, but not the same category within the same 12-month period.

  • Our awards have operated successfully for over 11 years and remain 100% online to keep costs low and recognition accessible.
