SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. General These Shop Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, including upgrade packages, trophies, certificates, and other related items. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, in addition to our Competition Terms and Conditions which form part of the overall agreement.
  2. Orders All orders must be placed through the website. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Orders are considered accepted only once payment has been received in full.
  3. Pricing and Payment All prices are stated in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed on our website. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
  4. Upgraded Packages If you purchase an upgrade package for trophies, certificates, or other winner materials, the Shop Terms and Conditions apply. Please note that these items are non-refundable as they are personalised or produced specifically for you. The availability of certain package inclusions may vary, and full details will be confirmed at the time of order.
  5. Trophy Engraving All trophies are engraved using the details supplied by you at the time of ordering. Please check all spelling and wording carefully before submitting. We accept no liability for errors where the information provided by you was incorrect. Once engraving has been completed, no changes can be made and no refunds will be offered for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
  6. Dispatch, Delivery and Risk Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the address you provide is one that you will continue to have access to, for example, a business address or another secure location.

If you move or request an address change after placing an order, you must notify us immediately. While we may acknowledge updated address details by email, please note that this does not guarantee your order will be dispatched to that address. Our fulfilment process works directly from the checkout information, and any details recorded outside of this system may not always be referenced during dispatch.

We cannot accept liability for orders delivered to the original address supplied at checkout if you have since moved or requested a change.

Third-Party Orders If someone else places an order on your behalf, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. We accept no responsibility for delays, loss, or errors where the delivery address was incorrect or outdated.

Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery has been made to the address provided at checkout.

  1. Returns and Refunds As many items sold through our shop are personalised, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 7 working days of receipt, including photographs of any damage. Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.
  2. Liability We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any order placed. Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from an order will be limited to the value of the goods purchased.
  3. Governing Law These Shop Terms and Conditions, together with our Competition Terms and Conditions, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
